Thomas Sjösvärd

Thomas Sjösvärd is a PhD student at the Department of literature at Uppsala University. He is currently working on a thesis on Finno-Swedish author Willy Kyrklund’s relation to Greece, modern as well as classical. He has translated The Tower by W. B. Yeats into Swedish, a book published by Brombergs in 2012 as part of the series “Nobelklassiker”. In 2014 he contributed to the anthology Wanted: Byzantium – the desire for a lost empire with an article on Yeats.
