Róbert Rácsai

Robert Rácsai was born in Veszprém, Hungary, 6 February 1971. He teaches English in a primary school and a private language school. He is a poet and also translates poems or dramas, especially Irish writers' work; namely W.B. Yeats, Oscar Wilde, Pádraig H. Pearse, Joseph M. Plunkett, etc. In Hungary very few people know these writers' poems - particularly Plunkett and Pearse - so his aim is to show them to Hungarian people.
