Miriam Castillo Arroyo
Miriam Castillo Arroyo graduated in English Philology from the University of Granada in 2013, where she has also obtained her MA degree in English Literature and Linguistics. She is currently working on a PhD on Francis Meres’ translations of Luis de Granada’s devotional prose, supervised by Prof. José María Pérez Fernández (University of Granada) and Prof. Andrew Hadfield (University of Sussex). Her main interests are translation studies during the Renaissance, comparative literature, and the religious upheavals that determined this obscure and controverted period of European history.
