Eleonora Gelmi
Eleonora Gelmi (February 15, 1992) was born in a small village in Sardinia and spent much of her childhood there, learning to read at a very young age so she could read her favourite tales for herself. During high school years the pile of mathematics books she studied was significantly smaller than the pile of novels and poems she kept reading, and while her sight was getting worst she was mesmerized by mythology, romantic poets and people who she felt incredibly close with, people with ideals and bravery, even if her only brave gestures were to keep reading all night long. She started learning English when she was five and never stopped, so she studied Linguistical and Cultural Mediation (Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale) at the University of Sassari, graduating in 2014 and writing her thesis on Nancy Cunard. Now she studies Philology and her dream is to continue writing and reading, making a job out of it.
